Nurse Practitioner

Eleny brings a unique and diverse perspective to aesthetic medicine. Born and raised in Ethiopia, she completed her high school and graduate studies in the U.S., giving her a deep appreciation for varying definitions of beauty across two continents.

Eleny began her career in cardiology, primary care, and urgent care, but found her true passion in plastic surgery and aesthetic nursing. With over four years of experience in aesthetic medicine, she is certified in using some of the most advanced lasers available. Committed to continuous education, Eleny has been trained by renowned injectors like Erica Berry, attends cadaver courses, and holds certifications from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in dermal fillers and neuromodulators. Her certifications come from industry experts such as Lori Robertson NP and Dr. Gideon Kwok.

As aesthetic medicine evolves toward natural regenerative therapy, Eleny has also received specialized training in using Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) for various aesthetic treatments. Her commitment to safety and natural results is reflected in her approach to patient care, where the goal is to enhance each patient’s unique beauty.

Eleny has been a Registered Nurse since 2014, gaining extensive experience in emergency rooms, heart transplants, and other hospital settings. As a Nurse Practitioner since 2019, she’s worked in primary care and urgent care before finding her niche in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.

At RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Eleny is dedicated to helping her patients feel confident by providing safe, personalized, and natural treatments. She believes in highlighting each person’s unique beauty while delivering results that speak for themselves.

Fithawit Ghebru, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

Fithawit Ghebru, affectionately known as Fitty, is a beacon of care and expertise at RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging. Born and raised in Eritrea, Fitty immigrated to the United States at the age of 14, bringing with her a profound passion for science and wellness that has fueled her career in nursing.

Fitty embarked on her academic journey at LaSalle University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s in Nursing, followed by a Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Her credentials are further bolstered by certifications in Orthopedic Regenerative Treatments from Newlife Medical / R3 Health, and she is a certified expert in dermal fillers and neuromodulators from ANNp, trained by renowned specialists Lori Robertson NP and Dr. Giodiow Kwok.

Her sports background, including track, soccer, and volleyball, shaped her into a quintessential team player—an attribute she carries into her professional life. Fitty’s career started in the high-stakes environments of the ICU/ER at Fairfax Hospital while she pursued her Master’s degree. She then honed her skills in urgent care settings at Inova Urgent Care and Minute Clinic before joining RxWellness in 2021.

Fitty specializes in Regenerative Treatment, addressing both chronic and acute pain, and has expanded her expertise into the aesthetic domain, mastering procedures such as Botox, fillers, PRP, PRF, microneedling, and chemical peels. Her approach is deeply rooted in empathy and compassion, drawing on her diverse background—her mother hails from Eritrea and her father from Ethiopia—to connect with patients from all walks of life.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Fitty cherishes time with family, enjoys catching up with friends, reading, and attending church. Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing, Fitty is dedicated to helping her patients heal and feel their absolute best. At RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, she is not just a practitioner but a trusted partner in each patient’s journey to wellness and beauty.

Practice Manager

Jelena Veskov is an integral part of the RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging team, serving as the Practice Manager with a dedication that reflects her profound commitment to health and wellness management. Originally from Serbia, Jelena has made the United States her home for the past 15 years, embracing a career that merges her passion for health care with her expertise in informatics.

Jelena’s academic journey is marked by her Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics Information Management from West Virginia University, a discipline that combines health sciences with the power of data and technology. She is currently expanding her expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Public Health from American Public University, which further equips her to contribute to the wellness community with an informed and innovative approach.

At RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Jelena oversees the smooth operation of the practice, ensuring that both patient care and administrative functions align with the highest standards of service and efficiency. Her role is pivotal in integrating technological solutions that enhance patient interactions and streamline management processes, making her a cornerstone of the practice’s success.

Outside of her professional life, Jelena is an avid enthusiast of the great outdoors. She enjoys hiking and running with her dogs, activities that reflect her commitment to a healthy, active lifestyle. With her wedding on the horizon, Jelena is also immersed in the joyous task of planning for this significant milestone, adding another layer of excitement to her busy life.

Michelle’s educational journey at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she specialized in Health Sciences, equipped her with a solid foundation to guide patients through their aesthetic journeys. Her expertise is pivotal in helping individuals choose treatments that not only meet their beauty goals but also maintain and enhance their overall health.

Away from the clinic, Michelle’s vibrant personality shines through in her love for bartending in Washington, D.C. This dynamic role allows her to engage with diverse crowds, honing her interpersonal skills which she adeptly

applies in her consultations. Her life is further enriched by her adventures with her toy poodle, DJ, whether exploring new cities or enjoying the familiar streets of D.C.

At RxWellness Aesthetics & Anti-Aging, Josie Mai Casey is your Beauty Makeup Artist, Lash Expert and Skin Care Consultant. Josie is a skilled and passionate beauty professional who strives to make her clients happy and enhance their natural beautiful features.

Josie is obsessed with making her clients look gorgeous and at their best when they step out of the clinic. She is a talented, rising star making quite a name in the surrounding Loudoun and Fairfax county as the go-to Beauty expert for high school events (homecoming, proms, graduations) and parties. When you have that special event coming up, you can count on Josie to create a flawless, natural or glamorous look that suits your personality and style.

Josie approaches every one of her client’s aesthetic endeavors as a work of art. What sets Josie apart is that she is a born Artist. Outside the walls of the Medspa, you will find Josie pursing various interests centered around art of human beauty. The human face, in all shapes, forms and medium are Josie’s personal artistic hobby and body of work since she was three years old. Her Art Portfolio comprises predominantly of portraits and faces; they are her fascination and inspiration. She has spent many hours and advanced artistic training mastering the art of the human face, drawing and painting its intricate features. Therefore, when you come to Josie for makeup, skincare or lashes, you are not coming to a technician but a true Artist at work, beautifying you as she would when painting from a blank canvas. Scheduling Your Experience

You can easily request an appointment for your next session either online or by contacting us at 703-904-9666 and selecting the office location option. Once your appointment is confirmed, a credit card is required to hold your spot. Be assured that charges will only be processed at the time of your service.

Accepted Payments

We welcome payments via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and RxWellness gift cards. Please note that personal checks and cash are not accepted.

Product and Service Policy

All sales for skincare products and spa treatments are final and cannot be refunded.

Gratuities

Gratuities are appreciated for exceptional service; typically, a 15-20% tip is customary, but the decision is yours.

Arrival and Timeliness

Arrive 15 minutes early to begin your relaxation process. Late arrivals may necessitate a rescheduled appointment to ensure you receive the whole experience.

  • Opting for a shorter service due to late arrival incurs the full treatment cost.
  • Rescheduling will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Consultations

A $49 fee is charged for consultations, credited towards your service on the day of your visit.

Cancellation Guidelines

Life happens, and sometimes, you must cancel. We request a 24-hour notice to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Please be aware that last-minute rescheduling also incurs this charge.

The Gift of Wellness

Surprise someone with the gift of rejuvenation—gift cards for our array of treatments, packages, or products can be acquired at our reception or via our website.
